THE WORD DOULA MEANS: MOTHERING THE MOTHER. SHEPHERDING BABIES INTO THIS WORLD IS WITH GREAT HONOR AND PRIVILEGE, AND OUR MISSION IS TO NURTURE EVERY ASPECT OF THE EXPECTANT MOTHERS’ AND BABIES’ NEEDS. PROVIDING PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SPIRITUAL SUPPORT THROUGHOUT ALL PHASES OF PREGNANCY.

My goal as your birth doula is to assist in your preparation for birth; physically, emotionally, and mentally. I will be there every step of the way for you in prenatal and delivery, including one-hour post delivery to initiate breastfeeding.

I act as the liaison between you and your partner, and the hospital staff. I am your advocate to stay on track with the birth plan we created, I am your voice when you cannot speak, I am your hand to hold and eyes to ground you, and I am translating medical terminology and risks that may be easier for you to grasp in civilian wording.

My goal is to hold space for you, allowing you the freedom and safety to have the birth you dream of.

Birth packages are divided into 2 prenatal meetings: the labor and delivery itself, one-hour post-delivery for breastfeeding initiation, and 1 postpartum home visit.

I offer doula packages in Madrid, Spain as well as travel packages worldwide.

International travel packages include travel to you 1 week prior to the due date and may be extended into postpartum packages.

I also offer virtual prenatal meetings when I’m unable to travel to you; this includes assistance writing your birth plan, expectations, and breathing techniques before and during labor, as well as any holistic assistance you may need with yoga/ meditation/ food assistance.

Local Doula Package $2k.

International Doula Package $3k plus travel fees, room and board.
